AI is a creative tool inside the Avatar Star process, not a reason to erase human contribution. We will not intentionally present an AI-generated performance as a specific real person's performance without authorization.

AI’s role can vary from one Avatar Star recording to another, so credits will reflect the actual creative process used for each release rather than applying one blanket label to every song.

CHARACTERS & VISUALS
Avatar characters are fictional entertainment identities. Their approved master designs are treated as brand assets. Visual production may use generative tools, traditional design, photography, animation or combinations of those methods.

Community participation does not automatically create ownership, songwriting credit or royalty rights. Those rights depend on the specific contribution and the written terms governing the challenge or collaboration.
